NetExplorer Appoints Emilien Subts to Lead its European Expansion and Scale its Channel Model

In 2026, NetExplorer became Voltn.

Press release, February 2026 – Toulouse-based NetExplorer, an expert in secure file sharing and sovereign cloud storage, today announced the appointment of Emilien Subts as Head of Partnerships. A recognized expert in international development and SaaS ecosystems, he will be tasked with scaling the company's indirect sales model to make it the engine of its growth across Europe.

A profile seasoned in international growth challenges

At 31, Emilien Subts joins NetExplorer with solid expertise in structuring complex partner strategies. A graduate with a Master's degree in international economics, he built a multicultural profile across Poland, Hong Kong and Taiwan, and spent four years leading the partner strategy of a B2B payment solutions company, where he supported explosive growth in transaction volume — from 2 to 100 million annual transactions at the European scale.

"Hiring Emilien Subts is a strong signal of our European ambition. We found in him the leader capable of turning our indirect sales model into a robust growth engine, while guaranteeing our partners the agility and closeness that have always been part of our DNA," says Bertrand Servary, CEO of NetExplorer.

Supporting 100+ customers across Europe and quadrupling the partner network

At NetExplorer, he will be responsible for structuring the partner ecosystem (distributors, resellers, cybersecurity experts). The goal: to equip at least 100 customers across Europe by December 2026, and quadruple the number of active partners through the indirect channel by building a strong network of partners and distributors, following the recent alliances with Lyon-based Hermitage Solutions and SQP.

"NetExplorer offers a complete service that combines a trusted infrastructure, sovereign cloud and support from a network of experts. We provide our partners with a solution that is simple to integrate and highly secure, to meet their customers' sovereignty and data protection needs," says Emilien Subts.

A value proposition designed for distributors and resellers

NetExplorer has designed an approach specifically tailored to the business needs of IT distributors and resellers:

  • The solution stands out through advanced functional granularity, enabling smooth integration within offerings already marketed by partners, without disrupting their existing environments. This adaptability makes it easier to embed NetExplorer within multi-solution portfolios, regardless of customer use cases.
  • On the pricing side, NetExplorer offers a tiered pricing model designed to support partner growth. It allows them to deploy the solution for accounts of any size while sustainably preserving their margins.
  • Finally, NetExplorer opens up new revenue opportunities through strong service value. Partners can enrich their offering with high-value complementary services: API interconnection, advanced administration, user training, change management support or consulting engagements. An approach that turns reselling into a genuine lever for differentiation and profitability.

Emilien Subts' appointment comes as part of a deep transformation phase for the company, which is targeting +25% growth in 2026. To support this scale-up, NetExplorer also plans to hire 11 new team members (marketing, technical and sales) who will join the current team of 30 employees.
