Useful, sovereign AI: zero data leaks, zero third-party APIs
Unlike market solutions that rely on API connections to third-party services (such as ChatGPT or Claude) at the expense of sensitive data isolation, NetExplorer made a radical architectural choice. Vector indexing and the AI engine run exclusively at the core of its own infrastructure in France, with no external calls whatsoever. This strict internalization makes NetExplorer the only collaborative, secure document management solution natively compatible with critical frameworks: GDPR, NIS2, DORA, ISO 27001, HDS and SecNumCloud (in progress — milestone J1 validated).

- Search time: just 100 milliseconds even on very large volumes.
- macOS optimization: the WebDAV protocol has been entirely rebuilt for optimized Mac compatibility with native file locking.
NetExplorer Import: industrializing mass cloud-to-cloud migration
To ease vendor lock-in concerns and meet reversibility requirements, NetExplorer introduces NetExplorer Import, which lets organizations transfer complex folder structures of several million files, up to 500 GB, from SharePoint, Google Drive, Dropbox, Box or a local server, with automatic recovery of the NTFS permissions matrix. The tool guarantees full native, bidirectional reversibility.
Mobility and budget sovereignty
Workspace 7.14 rolls out a new native mobile app (iOS/Android) designed for field use: offline navigation, secure access via PIN or biometrics (FaceID/TouchID), document import and scanning. Ideal for industrial environments, construction sites or areas with no connectivity.
Full control over its infrastructure lets the company (which has grown independently and without external funding since 2007) include all of these major technological advances with no price impact for its customers.
