Is a Voltn DataRoom hosted in Europe?

Yes. Data is hosted in either France or Luxembourg, at your discretion, within the European Union. This is a jurisdictional choice that no other French provider offers, keeping the DataRoom outside the scope of the U.S. CLOUD Act.

Are DataRooms only for large-scale M&A deals?

No. It is just as effective for a call for tenders, an audit, a sensitive HR file, or sharing with an external partner, regardless of the organization's size.

How does this differ from standard storage?
